What do Trade to Trade (T2T) stocks mean?

The Trade to Trade (T2T) segment is where highly speculative stocks or those suspected of price manipulation are moved by exchanges. In this segment, intraday and BTST (Buy Today Sell Tomorrow) trades are not allowed, and all buy and sell transactions must be compulsorily delivered. If a client buys a T2T stock and attempts to sell it on the same day or before the shares are credited to their demat account, the order will be rejected. The NSE and BSE websites can be consulted to determine the current trading series for a particular stock.
