How can a customer submit a nominee opt-out request?

1. Opt out of nomination online.

Follow these steps:
Click on the Profile icon and Select Settings.

Tap on + Add nominee option 

Select No option for Opt-out
Read the disclaimer.
Click "Save & Proceed".


Complete OTP/e-sign verification process.


Accept the terms and conditions, enter the Aadhaar number of the account holder and click on Send OTP. Enter the OTP and click on Verify OTP.


you will get an email notification once the process is completed.
