How can I log back into my account if it has been blocked?
Your account will be blocked if you've entered your password or security answers with incorrect details, multiple times.
The error shown will be- “user blocked”.
You can unblock your account by clicking on forgot password and fill the required details or raise a ticket on our website.
You can also unblock your account using our mobile app, Justrade.
Open the app and click on User blocked
Fill the details thoroughly and click on submit
Your account will get unblocked.
