How to submit or cancel a withdrawal request?

To submit a withdrawal request, you can follow the steps below or watch the video for guidance:

     

      ·  Log in to your Swastika account.

      ·  Click on the "Add Funds" tab on the Home Dashboard.

      


      ·  Tap on "Withdrawal" and enter the amount you wish to withdraw and Submit your request by confirming the Pop up window.

   

 
                           
      
Payout Process:
  1.  Requests submitted between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM will be credited after 6 PM on the same day.
  2.  Requests submitted after 04:00 PM will be credited the next trading day after 1 PM.
Note: Withdrawal requests submitted after 04:00 PM may also fail if trades were executed in commodities/CD on the day of the payout request.

Cancellation Process:

 ·  If you wish to cancel your payout, press the "Cancel" button.



·  A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Cancel" again to confirm, and your payout request will be cancelled.

      : If you accidentally submit a withdrawal request, you can cancel it by pressing the "Cancel" button. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Cancel" again to confirm, and your payout request will be cancelled.
