To submit a withdrawal request, you can follow the steps below or watch the video for guidance:
·Log in to your Swastika
account.
·Click on the "Add
Funds" tab on the Home Dashboard.
·Tap on
"Withdrawal" and enter the amount you wish to withdraw and Submit
your request by confirming the Pop up window.
Payout Process:
Requests submitted between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM
will be credited after 6 PM on the same day.
Requests submitted after 04:00 PM will be
credited the next trading day after 1 PM.
Note: Withdrawal requests submitted after 04:00 PM
may also fail if trades were executed in commodities/CD on the day of the
payout request.
Cancellation Process:
· If you wish to cancel your payout, press the
"Cancel" button.
· A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Cancel" again
to confirm, and your payout request will be cancelled.
