How to Transfer Stocks Online via NSDL SPEED-e Portal ?

Online NSDL → NSDL Transfer Process (Using SPEED-e)
Step 1: Register on SPEED-e

1. Go to NSDL e-services portal - https://eservices.nsdl.com/


2. Click Speed-e Registration / New User Registration


3. Tap on Register option



4. Enter Registration request details -

* User ID of your choice.
* DP ID (of your current broker)
* Client ID (8-digit demat number)  
* email, mobile , creat password of your choice, enter verification code , Submit.



InfoAfter registration, your broker/DP will approve the request.

 Step 2: Add Target Demat Account (Beneficiary)
Before transferring shares, you must add the target NSDL demat account.

1. Login to SPEED-e - https://eservices.nsdl.com/ 
(Use the same ID and Password that you created during the registration process.)

Tap on Add beneficiary NSDL

Info
Required details:
* Target DP ID
* Target Client ID
* PAN

NSDL sends an OTP verification to the registered Email/Mobile to confirm the beneficiary registration.

 Step 3: Submit Off-Market Transfer instruction -
(After beneficiary approval: 
Submit Off-Market Transfer Instruction)

1. Login to SPEED-e - https://eservices.nsdl.com/
   Use your User ID and Password to log in.

2. Submit Transfer Request - Click Submit Instruction → Off Market Transfer.
   


InfoEnter: 
     * Execution Date(current or future date, not Sunday)
     * Settlement Details (select your target account from dropdown)
     * ISIN (stock code) for the shares
     * Quantity to be transferred
     * Reason for Transfer: Select Own Account Transfer

Step 4: Confirm with OTP

1. OTP Verification
   NSDL will send an OTP to confirm the transfer.


  1. Transfer Process Completed:
    Once the request is received by the broker, they will proceed further. After that, you will receive a link for the OTP process. Once the OTP is validated, the share transfer process will be completed.

You can check the status of your transaction by clicking on View Instruction status.
