What are the documents required to open a corporate demat account with Swastika?

Documents required to open demat accounts (corporate) are:

  • Any Limited Company falls under this category. 

  • Duly filled KYC forms of each holder.

  • Duly filled demat account(corporate) opening forms signed across the photograph of each signatory.

  • Pan Card Copy of the Company and of all the Authorised Signatories or Whole-time Directors.

  • Address Proof Copy of the Company and address proof of Authorised Signatories or Whole-time Directors.

  • Copy of a cancelled cheque of all account holders or more than 3 months of bank statements.

  • Copy of Balance Sheet of the Partnership Firm for the last 2 Financial Years (IT return declaration for new companies)

  • Aadhar card copies of each holder.

  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Copies of MoA and AoA. 

  • Duly filled annexures with the seal of the company affixed with the authorized director’s signature.

  • FATCA declaration.
